Spicy Candy Returns
I don't offer a return on candy orders due to it being a food product / perishable item. However, please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific purchase. 

Nashville Hot Merch Returns
If your item is damaged in transit, or if there are any misprints/damages/defects, you must reach out within 3 weeks after the product is received so I can investigate. For packages lost in transit, you must reach out to me no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
